These powerful but short sessions can be downloaded to your favourite electronic device. You can listen where and when you choose.
MindPT images, wording and music
Impactful, powerful and beautiful images have been carefully selected to evoke emotional responses. Distinctive wording and background music are used to elicit positive emotions and a sense of empowerment.
If preferred, you can customise sessions with your own images and statements to ensure a more powerful response than other techniques, such as vision boards.
MindPT random shuffling and variable speed player
You are offered a freshly ordered session each time you watch. The random order of images and statements assists you to create new associations. This will increase your ability to engage in creative thinking and ideas.
You can choose between ten different speeds to watch a session so that the necessary input is adapted to the time you have available.
MindPT provides the option to either listen to the pre-set instrumental composition with soothing qualities, or customize a session and play one of your favorite songs from your electronic device library. This ensures enjoyment and enhanced benefits.
Frequency and Times to Watch MindPT Sessions
It is recommended that you do at least one session for a minimum of 3 minutes before going to work or beginning other activities. Ideally you should watch a second session 6 to 8 hours later.
